1. Terms of Use

Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use in this section apply generally when using this website. Additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and are additionally indicated where relevant.

By using this website, Users confirm they meet the following requirements:

  • There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users, unless stated otherwise.

2. Account Registration, Security, Termination

Account registration

To use certain parts of the Service, Users may register or create a User account, providing all required data in a complete and truthful manner. Users may also use the Service without registering, however this may cause limited availability of certain features or functions.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. Users are required to choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength permitted by this website.

By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password.

Users must immediately inform Pulsin via the contact details stated above if they believe their personal information, including User accounts, access credentials, or personal data, have been violated, unduly disclosed or stolen.

Account termination

Users can terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by closing their account in the “My Account” area (where available).

Account suspension and deletion

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice User accounts it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms.

Suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

Suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

3. Content on this Website

Ownership of content

Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognisable, all content available on this website is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that content provided on this website infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result.

Where explicitly stated, the User may download, copy and/or share some content for personal and non-commercial use, provided that copyright attributions and any other attributions requested by the Owner are correctly implemented. Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright remains unaffected.

7. Registration and Purchase

To register or purchase from this website, you must be over sixteen (16) years of age. You must ensure that details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

We retain the right to refuse to sell to someone if we believe them to be a fraud risk or they have been offensive to our staff. 8. Paid Products

Some Products provided on this website are provided on the basis of payment. The fees, duration and conditions applicable to the purchase of such Products are described on this website and during the purchasing process.

Product descriptions

Prices, descriptions or availability of Products are outlined on this website and are subject to change without notice. While Products are presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, representation on this website (including images and colours) is for reference only and implies no warranty as to characteristics of the purchased Product. The characteristics of the chosen Product will be outlined during the purchasing process.

Purchasing process

Any steps taken from choosing a Product to order submission form part of the purchasing process. The purchasing process includes:

  1. Users must choose the desired Product and verify their selection.
  2. After reviewing the information displayed, Users may place the order by submitting it.

Order submission

When the User submits an order, the following applies:

  • Submission of an order determines contract conclusion and creates for the User the obligation to pay the price, taxes and possible further fees and expenses, as specified on the order page.
  • If the purchased Product requires active input from the User, such as provision of personal information or specifications, the User has an obligation to cooperate accordingly.
  • Upon submission of the order, Users will receive a receipt confirming that the order has been received. Notifications related to the purchasing process will be sent to the email address provided by the User.

9. Subscriptions

Where subscriptions are offered, you can modify, skip or cancel your subscription by logging into your account. To skip or cancel your subscription, we require at least five (5) business days’ notice to ensure the order is not dispatched.

To update your payment method, go to billing information, update card and save (where available).

10. Prices

Users are informed during the purchasing process and before order submission about any fees, taxes and costs (including delivery costs) that they will be charged. Prices on this website are displayed either inclusive or exclusive of applicable fees, taxes and costs, depending on the section the User is browsing.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy (published on this website) and form part of these Terms by reference. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before payment.

We will endeavour to dispatch goods within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you without undue delay and offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. Upon delivery, Users must verify the contents and report anomalies without undue delay using the contact details stated above. Users may refuse to accept a parcel if visibly damaged.

Failed delivery: Pulsin cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the purchase order provided by the User, nor for damages or delays after handover to the carrier. If the goods are not received or collected within the timeframe specified, the goods may be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to arrange a further delivery attempt or agree next steps. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery attempts beyond the first may be at the User’s expense.

12. Returns and Replacements

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy (published on this website) and form part of these Terms by reference.

13. Method of Payment

Information related to accepted payment methods is made available during the purchasing process. Some payment methods may only be available subject to additional conditions or fees, which will be disclosed on the website.

All payments are independently processed through third-party services. This website does not collect payment information such as credit card details and only receives a notification once payment has been successfully completed.

If payment fails or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner is under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any costs or fees resulting from failed or refused payments shall be borne by the User.

Until payment of the total purchase price is received by the Owner, Products ordered shall not become the property of the User.

14. Discounts and Promotion Codes

From time to time we make discounts and promotion codes available which can be used on this website. Each discount code has its own terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, the following apply:

  • Pulsin reserves the right to amend or cancel a discount at any point.
  • Promotions are subject to availability while stocks last.
  • Promotions are only valid for the time stated.
  • Discounts exclude delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
  • A minimum order value may apply to unlock promotion codes.

Where a multibuy promotion applies (for example “3 for 2”), grouped products (such as bundles or cases) count as one item. Cheapest qualifying items are free where stated. If you are unsure about terms for a promotion code, please contact customerservice@pulsin.co.uk.

15. Refer-a-friend

This website may provide Users the opportunity to receive a benefit if, as a result of their recommendation, a new User purchases a Product. Users may invite others by sending a refer-a-friend code provided by the Owner. Codes can only be redeemed once.

Where a code is redeemed, the inviting User shall receive the benefit specified on the website at the time. Refer-a-friend codes may be limited to specific Products. Pulsin reserves the right to end the offer at any time at its discretion. While no general limitation applies to invitations, the total benefit each inviting User can receive may be limited.

16. Complaints

18. Security

This website uses security measures designed to protect users’ information. Where payments are made on this website, they are processed through third-party payment services. You should review the relevant payment provider terms and your card issuer terms regarding unauthorised transactions.

Changes will only affect the relationship with the User for the future. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by changes, they must stop using the Service. If required by applicable law, the Owner will specify the date by which modified Terms will enter into force.

28. Assignment of Contract
