Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed on pulsin.co.uk. If you purchased Pulsin products through a third-party retailer, marketplace, or platform (including, but not limited to, Amazon or physical retail stores), delivery and shipping terms will be governed by that third party’s policies and you should contact them directly.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Due to logistical constraints, delivery outside England, Scotland, and Wales is not currently offered.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated based on the delivery address and/or the value of your basket and are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
Dispatch timeframes
We will endeavour to dispatch goods within a reasonable timeframe after your payment has been confirmed. Dispatch timeframes may vary depending on stock availability, order volumes, and operational constraints.
If any item you have ordered is unavailable, we aim to contact you by email or telephone without undue delay to offer an alternative product or to cancel and refund the unavailable item(s).
Delivery and receipt
Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout and in the manner specified in your order summary. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete.
Upon delivery, you should check your parcel and its contents and report any anomalies without undue delay by contacting us at customerservice@pulsin.co.uk. You may refuse delivery if the parcel is visibly damaged.
Failed delivery
We cannot be held responsible for delivery errors caused by inaccuracies or incompleteness in the delivery information you provide. We are also not responsible for delays or damages occurring after handover to the carrier.
If your order is not received or collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier, it may be returned to us. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a further delivery attempt or agree an alternative course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt beyond the first may be chargeable.
