Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, you may be able to manage your subscription using the link provided in your subscription confirmation emails, where available.

To skip or cancel a subscription delivery, we require at least 5 business days’ notice before the next scheduled dispatch date to ensure the order is not processed.

You can update your payment method by logging into your account and updating your billing information.

Pre-orders

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for products that are out of stock or not yet available. Where a pre-order is offered, we may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout (as stated at the time of purchase), store your payment method securely, and then fulfil and charge any remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If a deposit or payment has been taken, it will be refunded in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and any terms presented at checkout.

If a pre-order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it as an unfulfilled order, but you may request a return or refund in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Try before you buy

We do not currently offer a try-before-you-buy option. If we introduce it in the future, this policy will be updated and the applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.
