Over the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a full website rebuild, and today it goes live. This wasn’t a cosmetic refresh for the sake of it. It was a ground-up rethink of how Pulsin should look, feel, and work for the people who use it most.

Why we rebuilt the site

As Pulsin has grown, so has our product range, our community, and the expectations people rightly have when shopping online. Our previous site did the job, but it was starting to show its age. Performance was becoming less consistent, and it no longer reflected where we are as a brand or where we’re heading.

The new website is designed to be:

• Clearer: product information, nutritionals, and ingredients are easier to find and understand
• Faster: improved performance across desktop and mobile
• More intuitive: fewer clicks, less friction, and a smoother checkout
• More “Pulsin”: cleaner design, better storytelling, and a stronger focus on what makes our products different

Returning customers and previous orders

If you’ve purchased from Pulsin before, you’ll be pleased to know that your previous orders are still available in your account on the new website.

You may notice that all historic orders appear with a date of 31 January 2026. This is simply the date your orders were imported into our new system as part of the website migration and does not reflect when your original purchases were made.

All original order details remain unchanged.

What’s new

You’ll notice a number of improvements across the site, including:

• A refreshed design with a more modern feel
• Improved product pages with clearer nutritional information
• Better navigation to help you find what you’re looking for quickly
• A smoother shopping experience across all devices

This new platform also gives us a much stronger foundation for future updates, launches, and features.

This is just the beginning

Today’s launch is an important milestone, but it’s not the finish line. We’ll continue refining the site, adding new content, and making improvements based on feedback from our customers and community.

Alongside the website, we’re also continuing to invest behind the scenes. That includes improving our operations, refining and developing recipes, and working on new products we’re excited to bring to market in the future.
