Alternative Packaging Response

Dear Customer,

Single use plastic is an issue that Ben, Nick and I and everyone at Pulsin feel very strongly about. We have been working on finding alternative packaging since we started the business over 10 years ago. We have tried PLA and NatureFlex, both are compostable packaging material, but these have not been suitable for our products for various reasons. We haven’t given up and are still working tirelessly to find an environmentally friendly alternative to what we currently use.

We are very concerned by the excessive use of plastic in the world and its harmful effects on the environment and as a young, progressive company we recognise our responsibility to be part of the change, instead of adding to the problems caused by plastic. Just to be clear, we are unhappy with the current packaging, but we are close to finding a viable alternative packaging solution for all of our products. I am confident that we will be able to come back to you and all of our customers soon with some good news. In the meantime, please bear with us and rest assured that I am doing everything I can to fix this problem.

Your sincerely,

Simon Ashburner
