Ingredients

  • 60g Pulsin Vanilla Keto Protein Powder

  • 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut

  • 140g peanut butter

  • Handful of peanuts

  • 210g coconut flour

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted and cooled)

Directions

  • Simply combine the protein, coconut flour, peanut butter and coconut oil together in a large bowl.
  • Roll into approximately 20 balls and place them on a lined baking tray.
  • Next flatten into coin shapes and place in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes.
  • Now using the end of a rolling pin or a blender, crush the peanuts into fine crumbs and sprinkle on half of the coins.
  • Sprinkle the other half with desiccated coconut and enjoy!.
