To our Pulsin friends…in this strange and difficult time surrounding COVID-19 we plan to continue helping you make healthy choices.
Our website shop will be running as normal and we’ll endeavour to send you all of your orders in good time, following all of the necessary procedures. There may be a few disruptions but we’ll try our hardest to minimise these. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
To streamline our process, for now, all single and mixed case bars have been temporarily stopped.
We have put extra measures in place to protect our staff and ensure that we can continue to offer the best level of service we can. All office staff are working remotely so for the time being our phone line will be suspended. Please could you direct any enquiries via email@example.com and the relevant team member will get back to you.
Delivery specific information:
- In these unprecedented times and with further restrictions being enforced in the UK and Europe we may have to restrict which countries we are able to deliver to. This is due to logistical reasons surrounding delivery. Any countries we normally deliver to that are affected will be listed here.
- Please be made aware that due to Covid-19 shipping to countries outside of the UK may see delays of 24+ hours. In particular, these countries are affected: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia and Spain.
- Please make sure your delivery address/DPD drop-off point preferences are not directed to shops/businesses which are closed due to COVID-19. This will stop your parcel from being delivered, which no one wants!
We will also continue to post recipes, home workouts and inspiration through all of our social media outlets. If you need anything at all (even just a chat) don’t hesitate to drop us a message on social.
