Due to high demand and system updates we are currently experiencing delays in sending out orders. We are really sorry for any inconvenience and hope to be up and running at full speed shortly!
**UPDATED 12/05/21** Please be made aware that due to logistical difficulties and costs surrounding Brexit with delivering orders outside of the UK, we have had to make the hard decision to stop all international orders.
This includes all countries in the EU outside of England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, we are also experiencing issues with delivering to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man so have had to stop deliveries to these locations too.
We are working really hard to get international orders running again online and are looking to set up an Amazon EU account. We will keep you posted when this becomes available. We offer FREE UK mainland delivery over £10.
For UK orders under £10, delivery is charged at £2.49.
All prices quoted within the Pulsin website include 20% VAT where appropriate and an additional charge is made for postage unless otherwise stated. Postage is calculated by delivery address and/or price of basket. This cost is shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment.
We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 5 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order.
How will my order be delivered?
We endeavour to send all UK deliveries via courier (DPD fast shipping 1-3 days) or via Royal Mail (standard shipping 3-5 days).
What countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. Unfortunately we no longer deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any other EU country. We are working hard to set up an Amazon EU account and will advertise this once available. We are available in a number of retailers across the EU.
