DELIVERY & RETURNS
**UPDATED 10/12/20** Please be made aware that due to logistical difficulties surrounding Brexit with delivering orders outside of the UK, we have had to make the hard decision to temporarily pause all international orders.
This includes all countries in the EU outside of England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately, we are also experiencing issues with delivering to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man so will have to pause deliveries to these locations too.

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery over £10 and FREE UK non-mainland delivery for orders over £35!
For UK orders under £10, delivery is charged at £2.49.
All prices quoted within the Pulsin website include 20% VAT where appropriate and an additional charge is made for postage unless otherwise stated. Postage is calculated by delivery address and/or price of basket. This cost is shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment.
We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 3 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order.
How will my order be delivered?
We endeavour to send all UK deliveries via courier (DPD fast shipping 1-3 days) or via Royal Mail (standard shipping 3-5 days). For non-UK orders our shipping time frames will be available at the checkout stage for you to view before placing your order.
What countries do we deliver to? (PLEASE SEE MESSAGE AT TOP OF PAGE)
Outside of the United Kingdom we deliver to most of Europe. We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

COVID-19 DELIVERY SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- In these unprecedented times and with further restrictions being enforced in the UK and Europe we may have to restrict which countries we are able to deliver to. This is due to logistical reasons surrounding delivery. Any countries we normally deliver to that are affected will be listed here. Please be made aware that delivery outside of England, Scotland and Wales has been temporarily paused. Please read the message at the top of the page.
- Please be made aware that due to Covid-19 shipping to countries outside of the UK may see delays of 24+ hours. In particular, these countries are affected: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia and Spain.
- Please make sure your delivery address/DPD drop-off point preferences are not directed to shops/businesses which are closed due to COVID-19. This will stop your parcel from being delivered, which no one wants!
