If you’re a caramel fan then you’ll adore this delicious Caramel Coconut Oatmeal


  • 40g oat bran or oats
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 55g dates
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 20g Rice Protein
  • 5g flaxseeds

For decoration

  • 1 date
  • 1 pinch of desiccated coconut

Start your day a delicious way with this warming Caramel Coconut Oatmeal!

With a blend of coconut milk, dates, maca, flaxseeds and oatbran it’s hearty enough to keep you going to lunchtime. With added Rice Protein┬áit also is a great post workout breakfast option.

Caramel Coconut Oatmeal


  1. Blend all ingredients together apart from the oatbran/oats.
  2. Once blended add into a pan with the oatbran/oats and slow cook for 5-10 minutes until thick.
  3. Transfer until a bowl, decorate and serve!
