If you’re a caramel fan then you’ll adore this delicious Caramel Coconut Oatmeal
- 40g oat bran or oats
- 200ml coconut milk
- 55g dates
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 20g Rice Protein
- 5g flaxseeds
- 1 date
- 1 pinch of desiccated coconut
Start your day a delicious way with this warming Caramel Coconut Oatmeal!
With a blend of coconut milk, dates, maca, flaxseeds and oatbran it’s hearty enough to keep you going to lunchtime. With added Rice Protein it also is a great post workout breakfast option.
- Blend all ingredients together apart from the oatbran/oats.
- Once blended add into a pan with the oatbran/oats and slow cook for 5-10 minutes until thick.
- Transfer until a bowl, decorate and serve!
