Protein Breakfast Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana, medium size (or frozen)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 75ml plant milk


Sometimes you just can’t beat a smoothie, whether it be for breakfast or as a post-workout snack!  This recipe gets a boost from Pulsin Soya Protein too!




  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high-speed for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a glass & enjoy!
