Smoothie Bowl Recipe – Vanilla Matcha Avocado Vitality



  • ½ a ripe avocado, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp milled chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Rich in B12, zinc and magnesium, the new  ‘Vitality’ Vanilla Matcha Supershake blend is nutrient rich and provides a nice little protein boost to any smoothie bowl as well as a natural touch of sweetness.



  1. Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Add a touch more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Top with granola of choice, berries and some ground pistachios.
