Smoothie Bowl Recipe – Vanilla Matcha Avocado Vitality
- 1 small frozen banana
- 125ml oat milk or dairy free milk of choice
- 20g Pulsin Vanilla Matcha Vitality Supershake blend
- ½ a ripe avocado, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp milled chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Rich in B12, zinc and magnesium, the new ‘Vitality’ Vanilla Matcha Supershake blend is nutrient rich and provides a nice little protein boost to any smoothie bowl as well as a natural touch of sweetness.
- Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Add a touch more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Top with granola of choice, berries and some ground pistachios.
