Easy Protein Pancakes

We teamed up with our pals at Superfood Bakery to bring you these delish protein powered pancakes! You can whip these up in no time at all and they make the perfect healthy treat! Why not try them for pancake day next week?




  1. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl first, then add the dry mix - mix very well, until it's a smooth consistency.
  2. Add the protein powder (+ a splash more milk).
  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan on medium heat.
  4. Use a tbsp to spoon mixture into the hot pan to make small (about the size of your palm) American style fluffy pancakes!
